Talley voted queen at Midwestern St.



Lacy Talley, 2009 RHS graduate, was crowned 2012 homecoming queen at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls on Saturday night during halftime of the school’s homecoming football game against Angelo State. She was nominated by and represented Sigma Kappa Sorority as a queen nominee. She was selected as homecoming queen by the MSU student body. Lacy is the executive vice president of Sigma Kappa and is a senior education major, holding a 3.76 GPA. Talley is the daughter of Mark Talley and Georgia Talley and granddaughter of J.T. and Mary Ann Talley, all of Rockdale.
