CAMERON—Funeral services for Judith Duffy, 98, of Cameron will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at St. Monica’s Catholic Church with Rev. Walter Dhanwar officiating. Entombment will be in St. Monica’s Mausoleum.
Visitation is set for 6 to 8 p.m. with vigil and rosary being recited at 7 p.m.
Ms. Duffy died Sunday, Oct. 14, in a Cameron nursing center.
She was born Dec. 15, 1913, in the Maraksville community of Milam County to John L. and Albina (Marak) Hrozek.
Ms. Duffy was a graduate of C.H. Yoe High School and a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church.
She had worked as a waitress and a sales clerk.
Ms. Duffy was preceded in death by four siblings.
Survivors include, two sons, John Duffy and wife Theresa of Cameron, Ralph Duffy and wife Shirlie of Bishop; and a brother, Steve Hrozek and wife Helen of Cameron; also, 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
