The notice explained how funds would be sent to him. Earl is to pick up the first $6,000 from the Western Union office in Cotonou, Benin (Africa). Full Story
Bond refinancing will save taxpayer money
For several months now you’ve heard me talking about the refinancing of our county bonds. I’d like to give you a final report on that transaction now that it’s closed.
