No. 3 Lady Dogs roll over Rogers

The No. 3 Thorndale Lady Dogs took down old district foe Rogers 43-39 on the road Tuesday night.
The two teams were in the same league the past two seasons when Thorndale (5-1) was competing in Class 2A.
The teams were tied through three quarter, knotted at 28-28 heading into the final frame. The Lady Dogs managed to get a lead and hold on for the win. Full Story

Lady Tigers chalk up first victory
The Rockdale Lady Tigers secured their first victory of the young season, by clobbering Austin Lanier 31-9 on the road.
Post Shelby Evans paved the way for the Lady Tigers (1-4) with 13 points and seven rebounds.
Rockdale actual ly trailed early, but limited Lanier to four points in the second half, aided by 16 steals. Full Story
