Judging was Friday night in the annual contest, conducted by the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce.

Winners were listed as follows:

Best overall—Frank and Patsy David, 104 Champions Drive.

Best overall runner-up— Billy and Clara Bland, 717 Miller.

Best lights—Frank and Evelyn Burrough, 704 Enfield.

Most animated—J. D and Terry Blackmon, 2108 Highland.

Best whimsical—Glenda Wiley, 1504 Pecos.

Business traditional— Antique Queens, 106 West Cameron.

Business lights—Talk of the Town, 205 North Main.
