CAMERON—Funeral services for Maurice Joseph Woytek, 76, of Temple, formerly of Cameron, were held Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, at St. Monica’s Catholic Church in Cameron with Rev. Tom Chamberlain officiating. Burial followed at St. Monica’s Catholic Cemetery.

Mr. Woytek died Tuesday, Jan. 15, at his home.

A retired route deliveryman for Rainbo Bread Co., he was born Jan. 11, 1937, in Ross to John Joe and Ludmilla Agnes (Ondrej) Woytek.

Mr. Woytek served in the National Guard and was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church, where he served on the St. Monica’s Parrish Society.

He was a member of K.J.T.

He married Helen Koenig in 1996.

Mr. Woytek was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard Woytek.

Survivors include, his wife, Helen Woytek of Temple; five sons, Anthony Woytek and wife Cyndi, David Woytek and wife Lisa, all of Temple, Michael Woytek and wife Sherri of Belton, Tim Woytek of Allen, Mark Smith of Cameron; a daughter, Becky Knight and husband Barney of Rosenberg; and two sisters, Marcella Malcik of Temple, Mary Hall of Houston; also, 10 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to the St. Monica’s Building Fund.
