Mack

Services for Earl Mack, 76, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, in Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home. Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. Leroy Swift will officiate.

Visitation is set for 9 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Mack died Tuesday, Feb. 5, in St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan.

He was born Dec. 14, 1936, in Lee County to Namon and Arlethia (Maloy) Mack.

Mr. Mack was retired as a manager for a shipping and receiving business.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Velma Mack and infant sister Marline Mack; and three brothers, Ronnie Mack, Bobby Mack and Wilfred E. Mack.

Survivors are five sons, Earl Mack Jr., Thomas D. Mack, Bery Mack and Troy Mack, all of Colorado, Tyron Mack of Houston; three brothers, Tommie Mack, Melvin Mack and wife Minnie, all of Rockdale, George Mack of Lexington; five sisters, Billie Walker of Denver, Colorado, Celestine Roland and husband Maurice of Lakewood, Colorado, Louise Clinkscale and husband Eddie, Mable Washington, all of Aurora, Colorado, Margie Swift and husband Leroy of Rockdale; and five uncles, Aaron Mack of Leo, L.C. Mack, Obie Mack and wife Pearl, all of Rockdale, Bobby Mack and wife Evelyn of Lubbock, Lem Mack of Giddings; also, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
