THEY WERE EVERYWHERE—The orange shirts, that is. Volunteers from the Rockdale ISD’s iTigers program were in evidence all over downtown Saturday as an integral part of the seventh annual Tejas Fest. Organized by iTigers director Denice Doss, the young volunteers assisted at all Tejas venues including the face-painting effort at the Kay Theatre (above.)
