ALL A-FLUTTER—Milano has a new park and it will soon wing its way to prominence. The El Camino Real chapter of Texas Master Naturalists, with some help from Mayor Billy Barnett, dedicated the new Milano Junction Memorial Garden downtown next to the Bailey Bank Building on Thursday. Helping the mayor were Master Naturalists Martha Newman (L) and Debbi Harris. One section of the park will include a Monarch Butterfly Garden and Waystation.
