Seven draw terms in 20th District Court
CAMERON—Seven persons drew terms last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:
• Tammy Jo Spink, 43, Cameron, pleaded guilty to theft ($20,000 to $100,000), 10 years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, restitution of $60,652.50. Full Story

Driver unhurt in rollover
A 16-year-old Milano resident escaped injury Friday afternoon in a one-vehicle rollover on a county road near Gause.
State Trooper Jason Adams said Tyler Blake was not hurt but extensive vehicle damage was reported.
The accident was reported at 5:18 p.m. on Milam County Road 347 Loop. Full Story

Next ‘trash stash’ day set March 23
Free service only for Rockdale residents
Rockdale residents—and only Rockdale residents—who want to get rid of spring cleaning trash can do so at a citywide Stash Your Trash Day March 23.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 12-noon at Fair Park.

Shredder visit changes to Monday, March 25th
The date of this month’s scheduled visit by a comnmerical shredder to the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, originally scheduled for Friday (March 8) has been changed.
New date is Monday, March 25, according to Denise Bock, Chamber secretary, who announced the change Tuesday. Full Story
