STILL COOKIN’—A Lenten tradition in Rockdale, Knights of Columbus Council 7014’s annual “every Friday in Lent” fish fry continues this Friday at the KC Hall. Hours are 5 to 7:30 p.m. or until sold out. Serving up plates on the production line were: (L-R) Kelley Zapata, Amy Caffey, Pat Barcak, Vicky Svetlik, Helen Zapata, Mamie Guzman, Nettilee Korenek and Patsy David. Price is $8 per plate and includes fried fish, homemade fries, hush puppies, slaw, green beans, trimmings, tea and dessert. The meal continues March 8, 15 and 22.
