Seven draw terms in 20th District Court

CAMERON—Seven persons drew terms last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:

• Tammy Jo Spink, 43, Cameron, pleaded guilty to theft ($20,000 to $100,000), 10 years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, restitution of $60,652.50.

• Nicholas Roller, 21, College Station, pleaded guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted possession of a controlled substance, one year deferred adjudication probation, $3,500 fine, $140 restitution to Department of Public Safety.

• Iterrean Douglas Mitchell, 42, of Rockdale, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm, seven years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine.

• Wayne Lynn Ireland Jr., 23, Thorndale, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon-family violence, five years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine, no contact with victim unless approved by the probation department.

• Victoria Ibarra, 30, Cameron, pleaded guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor offense, attempted credit card abuse, one year deferred adjudication probation, theft aversion class, $1,000 fine, $1,000 restitution to injured merchants.

• Charles Ray Porter, 22, Cameron, pleaded guilty to burglary of a building, nine-month state jail term.

• Renita Michelle Williams, 41, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, one-year state jail term.
