Burglaries, thefts investigated by sheriff’s department

SHERIFF’S REPORT

Two burglaries and four thefts were among the offenses investigated during the past week by the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Deputies were called to probe burglaries Monday at a US 77 address in the Minerva area and April 3 on County Road 437 north of Thorndale.

Thefts reported during the week included two on County Road 314 near Rockdale, April 2 and 3, and one each on CR 334 in the Rockdale area April 3 and FM 487 north of Rockdale Sunday.

Sheriff David Greene listed other calls over the past week as follows:
