Fifteen sentenced in 20th District Court

CAMERON —Fifteen persons drew sentences last week in 20th District Court, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:

Sederrick Ezell Alcorn, 28, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance, enhanced, three years deferred adjudication probation, $1,500 fine, $140 in restitution to the DPS.

• Trent Donell Mitchell, 24, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to delivery of a controlled substance, three years deferred adjudication probation, $1,500 fine, $140 in restitution to the DPS.

• Kevin Carl Wachsmann, 28, Paige, pleaded guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, theft, two years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $1,000 restitution to the victim.

• Gracie M. Macias, 36, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor offense, attempted possession of a controlled substance, one year deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, $140 restitution to DPS.

• Michael Rangel, 24, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver in drug-free zone, 10-year probated prison term, successful completion of substance abuse felony punishment facility, $2,500 fine, $140 restitution to DPS.

• Paul Allen Steele, 39, Buckholts, pleaded guilty to endangering a child, five years deferred adjudication probation, $1,500 fine.

• Patrick Vega, 34, Rockdale, pleaded “true” to a motion to revoke on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance, one-year state jail term.

• Kenneth Dale Wehunt, 35, Burlington, pleaded guilty to sexual assault of a child. He will be sentence by 20th District Judge John Youngblood at a hearing May 17.

• Cody Dale Walker, 22, Milano, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation, seven-year prison term probated seven years, successful completion of substance abuse facility, $500 in restitution to the victim.

• Lourian D. Madison, 52, Cameron, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone, three-year probated prison term, substance abuse evaluation and treatment, $1,500 fine, $140 restitution.

• Quintin Marcquiese Wells, 30, Pueblo West, Colorado, pleaded guilty to a lesser include Class A misdemeanor offense, assault causing bodily injury, two years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, $5,155.50 in restitution to the victim.

• Allen Dale Bayer, 23, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to theft, two years deferred adjudication probation, $350 fine payable to the victim.

• Aaron Ray Rodriguez, 19, Cameron, pleaded guilty to a lesser included state jail felony offense, possession of a controlled substance, 12-month state jail term, forfeited all rights to a semi-automatic pistol.

• Colby Alexander Martinez, 26, Rockdale, pleaded “true” to a probation revocation motion on an original charge of burglary of a building, 22-month state jail term.

• Tiffany Ann Mikeska, 31, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, five years deferred adjudication probation, $1,500 fine.
