Taylor moves on to face Robinson in playoffs
THORNDALE—Taylor’s twoyear playoff drought is over. Rockdale’s return to the playoff field has also come to an end.
Battling for their post season lives, the Ducks derailed the Tigers 10-3 Monday night to earn third place in District 18-3A and consequently a spot in the Class 3A playoff bracket. Full Story
Ranked Lady Dogs had no answer for early deficit
No. 25 Thorndale trailed 5-1 after three innings
BRYAN—No. 25 Thorndale could not overcome an early deficit and fell to Normangee 10-4 in Class A bi-district softball playoff action at Rudder High School.

THORNDALE—The Thorndale Bulldogs are thrilled to be back in the playoff fold, but they had to battle tooth-and-nail to earn the right.
The 16-11 Bulldogs will take on Iola in a best-of-three series in the bi- district round, with the first game being played in Thorndale on Thursday at 7 p.m. Full Story
6th annual Tiger Booster Club tourney is May 4
Rockdale Tiger Booster Club will host its 6th annual golf tournament on Saturday, May 5 at the Rockdale Country Club.
