Funeral services for Jae’den Angel Moore, 4 months, of Rockdale were held Friday, June 21, 2013, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings with Father James Olnhausen officiating. Burial followed in Giddings City Cemetery.

A wake was held Thursday, June 20, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Rockdale.

Rosary was recited Thursday, June 20, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home in Giddings.

Jae’den was born at 8:32 a.m. Jan. 26, 2013, in Georgetown to Cassius and Kate (Duarte) Moore.

He died unexpectedly on Friday, June 14, in Rockdale.

Jae’den was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Tomas Lopez and Velma Mitchell.

Survivors are his parents, Cassius Moore of Rockdale and Kate Moore of Giddings; a brother, Cassius Prince Moore Jr. of Rockdale; his grandparents, Monica and Ruben Duarte of Giddings, Constance Hippel of Rockdale; his great-grandparents, Antonio and Josephine Duarte, Carmen Lopez, all of Mexico, Coleman and Ellis Douglas of Rockdale; his aunts and uncles, Cristina and Corey CraycraftofGiddings,Karem Duarte, Ruben Duarte Jr., Monica Duarte, Favio Duarte, Ashley Duarte, America Duarte, Rafael Duarte, Fabrizio Duarte and Myrin Duarte, all of Giddings, Zakiya James of Rockdale; his cousins, Alexander and Jasmine Craycraft of Giddings, Joselyn Gongobbe of Rockdale; and his great-uncles and aunts, Juan Duarte, Rafael and Belen Duarte, Leticia Duarte, all of Giddings, Twana Cabrera of Georgetown.

Memorials may be made to help the family offset final expenses.
