20TH DISTRICT COURT REPORT

CAMERON—20th District Court cases July 15-19:

• Randy Scott Rasberry, 40, 40, Conroe, pleaded guilty to theft of copper, 18-month state jail term.

• Irish Terrell Basey, 33, Cameron, pleaded guilty to evading arrest with priors, 12-month state jail term.

• Charles Ervin Cashaw, 47, Harker Heights, pleaded guilty to probation violation on a original conviction of burglary of a building, six-month state jail term.

• Danielle Monique Powell, 32, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to theft (less than $1,500) with priors, 10-year probated prison term, $500 fine and court costs. She also pleaded guilty to bail jumping-failure to appear.

• Jaime Avila, 26, Buckholts, pleaded guilty to attempted injury to elderly, 12-month state jail term.

• Henry Sams, 57, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to a lesser misdemeanor, attempted delivery of a dangerous drug, six-month county jail term, probated one year.

• Roger Ray Morris, 53, Cameron, pleaded guilty to felony DWI, third or more, five-year probated prison term, ignition interlock, one-year driver’s license suspension, $2,500 fine, $60 restitution to DPS, six-month state jail term.

• Misty Dawn Grabener, 36, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to probation violation on an original Class misdemeanor conviction of attempted possession of a controlled substance, six-month county jail term.

• Casey Brandon Allen, 32, Taylor, pleaded guilty to probation violation on an original conviction of debit card abuse-elderly, 4-year state jail term. Allen also pleaded guilty to probation violation on an original conviction of theft from elderly and received a six-month state jail term. Allen also pleaded guilty to probation violation on an original conviction of theft and received a six-month state jail term.

• Chr istopher Aaron Woods 30, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, 2-year jail term probated three years, $800 fine, court costs.

• Joshua Cole Murphree, 27, Killeen, pleaded guilty to a lesser included misdemeanor, evading arrest, two years deferred adjudication probation, $1,200 fine, court costs.

• Damian Paul Spencer Hafley, 34, West Point, pleaded “ no contest” to assault causes bodily injury family violence, two years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine, court costs.
