Temple doctor indicted from Milam fataility

Among those named in indictments Thursday was a 64-yearold Temple physician who was indicted for manslaughter in connection with a Feb. 8 highway collision that took the life of a College Station nurse.

Dr. Allan Eugene Nickel was listed as the driver of one of the vehicles on FM 485 northeast of Cameron.

Kristen Salerno, 28, died at the scene.

Dr. Nickel turned himself in to the Milam County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday and was booked in connection with the indictment.

Prosecutor Bill Torrey listed other indictments returned by the M ilam C ounty G rand J ury as follows:

of a person in custody—sexual.

18, Cameron, assault family violence— impeding breathing/circulation. • Kim Van Alen, 53, Dripping
Springs, aggravated assault with
a deadly weapon, securing exception of document by deception.
• Nakiesha Kaderka, 31, Rockdale, endangering a child.
• Octavio Moncada Salomon,
58, Cameron, DWI-third or more
offense.
• Bonnie Blue Twinkles Sullivan, 23, Thorndale, injury to a
child—serious bodily injury.
• Nathan Charles Arbuckle,
29, Rockdale, continuous sexual
abuse of young child.
• Darien Ramirez-Cavazos, 19,
Rockdale, aggravated assault with
deadly weapon.
• Quentin Lamar Smith, 38,

20, possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams).

20, Milano, possession of controlled substance in drug-free
zone.
• Damion Marquise Cyrus, 29,
Bryan, possession of controlled
substance with intent to deliver
(4 to 200 grams).
• Osler G. Mora-Ramos, 19,
Cameron, evading arrest with
motor vehicle.
NO BILLS—Four persons
were no-billed (not indicted) by
the grand jury Thursday. They
are:
• Brandon William Seelke,
21, Rockdale, sexual assault of
a child.
• Cassius Moore, 21, Rockdale,
endangering a child.
• Dulce Azucena Oviedo, 22,
Cameron, unlawful restraint of
child under 17.
• Slade William Cowan, 44,
Rockdale, burglary of a habitation.
