While the University Interscholastic League’s bi-annual realignment is not due to be revealed until February, I’d like to go on record as reporting that Rockdale will move up to Class 4A.

The Rockdale Lady Tigers opened up the second round of district play with a loss to No. 25 College Station, stopping a twogame win-streak Tuesday night.
The Lady Cougars handled Rockdale 27-25, 25-21, 25-16 at Tiger Gym.

Eighth graders blank Bellville
THURSDAY: The junior varsity/ freshman team will host Madisonville at 5:30 p.m. The junior high Tigers will travel to Madisonville, with the first game starting at 4:30 p.m. The 7B, 7A teams will play first, followed by 8A.

Tree expansion at Milano Junction Memorial Garden
The El Camino Real Chapter of Texas Master Naturalist have ‘expanded their wings’ again by successfully creating a beautiful Flowering Tree Garden in the Milano Junction Memorial Garden, located next to the Milano Post Office.
