Texas Farm Bureau meeting set Dec. 7-9

WACO—The future needs of Texas agriculture will be addressed Dec. 7-9 in San Antonio as farmers and ranchers from across the state attend the 80th Annual Meeting of the Texas Farm Bureau (TFB).

Members from the state’s 206 county Farm Bureaus will work together to craft policy positions and prepare for the challenges that agriculture faces in the coming months and years.

“As a grassroots organization, we listen to the needs and concerns of farmers and ranchers across the Lone Star State and our policy reflects their needs,” said TFB President Kenneth Dierschke. “The decisions we make during the annual meeting affect the men and women who ensure we have a supply of nutritious and affordable food and fiber, and we take the responsibility seriously.”
