MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

Here is the jail log from Nov. 25-Dec. 2 from the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Jail logs list all persons charged with offenses through the county jail docket. Charges may change during the process. Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

• Amanda Lee Fisher, 36, Rockdale, criminal trespass, tamper/ fabricate physical evidence, in custody on $32,000 bond.

• Pablo Delagarza Jr., 30, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams), in custody on $3,000 bond.

• Victor Alexksandar Canizales, 21, Cameron, assault, fined $264 and released.

• Gar y Br uce Lawson, 34, Belton, assault against elderly or disabled individual, released on $5,000 bond.

• Ralph Contreras Jr., 37, Cameron, public intoxicated, fined $264 and released.

• Juan Castillo Saucedo, 66, Cameron, served district commitment for DWI-third or more offense.

• Delawrence Edward Wilson, 53, Cameron, public intoxication, fined $264 and released.

• Bobby Ray Lockett, 27, Cameron, motion to revoke/evading arrest/detention with vehicle, in custody.

• Jessie Ray Olivarri, 47, Cameron burglary of habitation, display fictitious motor vehicle registration, driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial resolution, released on $23,500 bond.

• Keith Samuel Davis, 25, Copperas Cove, driving while license invalid with previous conviction/ suspension without financial resolution, released on $3,000 bond.

• Willie Lavan III, 19, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams), released on $3,000 bond.

• David Levon Jones, 38, Taylor, indecency with child by sexual contact, in custody on $5,000 bond.

• Paul Anthony Laughlin, 37, Franklin, public intoxication, fined $267 and released.

• Joe Lewis Fitzgerald, 25, Austin, two counts of forgery of government/national government instrument money/security, in custody on $60,000 bond.

• Andrew Alan Nipps, 36, Rockdale, prohibited substance in correctional facility, in custody on $25,000 bond.

• Abelino Duarte, 21, Harker Heights, engaged in organized criminal activity, abandon/endanger child criminal negligence, assault causing bodily injury, in custody on $29,500 bond.

• Vincent Patrick Tenorio, 24, Austin, driving while license invalid with previous conviction/ suspension without financial resolution, released on $2,500 bond.

• Jorge Alberto Ruiz, 38, Rockdale, assault causing bodily injury family violence, immigration detainer, in custody on $3,000 bond.

• Logan Rae Locke, 18, Forney, driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial resolution, released on $2,500 bond.

• Vianey Victoria Lopez, 18, Cameron, assault, fined $264 and released.

• Crystal Lynne Hayes, 30, Rockdale, assault causing bodily injury family violence, released on $3,000 bond.

• Blake Andrew Stangel, 44, Killeen, possession of marijuana ( less than two ounces), out of county charge theft of property by check ($20 to $500), released on $2,500 bond.

• Valarie Jean Brandt, 34, Rockdale, theft of property ($50 to $500), in custody on $2,000 bond.

• Ashleigh Jolene Bush, 24, Cameron, interfering with public duties, released on $2,500 bond.

• Larry Jerome Teel Jr., 35, Cameron, resisting arrest/search/ transport, assault by contact, fined $564, released on $2,500 bond.

• Victoria Ibarra, 31, Cameron, public intoxication, fined $264 and released.

• Griselda Saucedo, 38, Cameron, no driver’s license, fined $314 and released.

• Raul Reyna Ramos, 18, Cameron, public intoxication, fined $264 and released.

• Jose Perez, 28, Milano, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $2,000 bond.

• Marjorie Edna Fedor, 46, Rockdale, prohibited substance in correctional facility, in custody on $20,000 bond.

• Sondra Kay Martin, 48, Rockdale, theft of property (less than $50), enhanced, in custody on $2,000 bond.

• John Paul Murphy, 41, Milano, assault causing bodily injury family violence, released on $2,500 bond.

There were also 16 persons housed for Coryell County.

The burn ban for Milam County has been lifted. Burning is always prohibited in the county's municipalities.
