Merry (Brrrrr) Christmas Rockdale!
Rockdale’s annual Christm a s parade and par ty, delayed by a week to Saturday due to winter weather, didn’t quite escape it all.
Near-freezing temperatures and winds of up to 20 miles an hour failed to chill the enthusiasm of those who did attend, though, and it was all capped off (and ear muffed off) by a crowd of several hundred for the night lighted parade. Full Story
Christmas at the Kay
“C hristmas at the Kay,” envisioned as an annual event, was held Sunday afternoon and cheered by a turnout of some 100 persons who heard three church choirs perform and music from the Communities in Concert Band. Full Story
