Green

Services for Richard A. Green, 47, of Rockdale are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, in the Springfield Baptist Church in Rockdale. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. Rev. S.L. Ross of Springfield Baptist will officiate.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, at Phillips & Luckey Funeral Home.

Mr. Green died Saturday, Dec. 7, in Needville after a sudden illness.

He was born June 24, 1966, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Elias and Francis (Curtis) Green.

He came to Rockdale in 1975 at the age of 9.

He mar r ied Tammy Evans- Grayson.

Mr. Green was a member of Springfield Baptist Church in Rockdale and worked as a water blaster in the construction field.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Francis Curtis Green.

Survivors are his wife, Tammy Green of Rockdale; three daughters, Courtney Evans, Alexis Green and Dmitriuna Green, all of Rockdale; his parents, Elias and Margaret Green of Rockdale; two sisters, Wanda Sifuentes of Houston, Jonell Curtis of Virginia; a stepbrother, Mark Graves of Dallas; and three stepsisters, Felecia Wesley, Melanie McBride and Lanell Baker, all of Round Rock.

Pallbearers will be Harold Rideaux, Demetris Baker, Kevin Wesley, Jef ferson Grayson, David Allen, Douglas Dunn and Ken Barfield.

Honorar y pallbearers are the deacons and trustees of Springfield Baptist Church.
