Lady Tigers take time in victory
Solid second half lifts Blue past LaGrange
With the long holiday break coming up, the Rockdale Lady Tigers wanted to get one last run in and a strong second half propelled the Lady Tigers past LaGrange 45-33 Tuesday night at Tiger Gymnasium.
The Lady Tigers, who won 12 games all of last season, improve to 8-2 on the season.

Area football teams traveled deep into the playoffs this season and the talent to get there was well represented on the Associated Press all-state teams.

Milano doubles up; Thorndale slips up
The Thorndale Lady Dogs hosted the Taylor Lady Ducks on Tuesday night at Bulldog Gym and just couldn’t hang with their high-f lying opponents, falling 64-23 to slip to 4-8 on the season.
Cheyenne McWilliams and Savannah Garcia were the top Lady Dogs scorers with five points each. McWilliams also snagged nine rebounds and two steals. Full Story
