If it seemed like every time it started to get unbearably dry in 2013 we had a nice rain, it’s because that’s exac t ly what happened.
Measurable rain fell in 61 days of 2013. That may not be much for the Pacific Northwest or Hawaii’s “big island” but for drought-stricken South Central Texas it wasn’t bad. Full Story
