Katherine Bedrich (center), of Cameron and past president of the El Camino Real Texas Master Naturalist Chapter in Milam County, was awarded the esteemed President’s Volunteer Service Award for giving 4,000 hours of volunteer service at the monthly meeting of the chapter on Jan. 16. The prestigious award encourages U.S. citizens through presidential recognition to live a life of service.
