MILAM COUNTY JAIL LOG

Here is the jail log from Jan. 21-27 from the Milam County Sheriff’s Department.

Jail logs list all persons charged with offenses through the county jail docket. Charges may change during the process. Persons are presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

• Michael Vidaure, 27, Caldwell, motion to revoke/possession of controlled substance ( less than one gram), parole violation, in custody.

• Teduss Damon Carter, 35, Taylor, non-payment of child support/Order of Attorney General (OAG), in custody.

• Boie Bruce Hillis, 41, Lexington, driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension/without financial resolution, released on $2,500 bond.

• Dvaughn Andre Wiggins, 25, Cameron, possession of dangerous drug, released on $3,500 bond.

• John Leorn Melton Jr., 42, Cameron, driving while license invalid (first offense), fined $264 and released.

• Adam Rangel, 26, Cameron, theft of material/aluminum/bronze/copper/ brass (less than $20,000), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram in drug free zone, in custody on $17,500 bond.

• Chelsea Marie Stambaugh, 20, Cedar Park, motion to revoke/assault of public servant, in custody.

• Samuel Walker Jr., 59, Cameron, evading arrest/detention with vehicle (enhanced), in custody.

• Humberto Ramon Deleon Jr., 23, Rockdale, driving while intoxicated (DWI), evading arrest/detention with vehicle, in custody on $14,000 bond.

• Salvador Leal Robles, 43, Taylor, served district commitment for evading arrest/detention with vehicle.

• Michael Dale Huckabay Jr., 18, Thorndale, false report to police officer/law enforcement employee, in custody on $2,500 bond.

• Cherie Christina Ward, 38, Temple, bond surrender/possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), released on $5,000 bond.

• Nathan Andrew Willingham, 28, Madisonville, prohibited substance in correctional facility, bond surrender/ driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial resolution, in custody on $1,500 bond.

• William Edward Laster, 46, Sandy, bench warrant/possession of child pornography, in custody.

• Edward Lee Davis, 28, Austin, two counts engaging in organized criminal activity, out-of-county charge evading arrest/detention with previous conviction, in custody on $51,000 bond.

• Michelle Lynn Bales, 41, Lexington, possession of dangerous drug, released on $2,500 bond.

• Jan Antal, 56, Onalaska, DWI, released on $1,500 bond.

• Justin Talon Mansell, 24, San Marcos, forgery of government/national government instrument/money/ security, in custody on $30,000 bond.

• Jackie Maloy Hights, 48, Rockdale, injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury, in custody on $15,000 bond.

• Michael Joe Ybarra, 35, Gause, assault of family/ house member impede breath/circulation, in custody on $35,000 bond.

• Carlee Daniece Lewis, 21, Tyler, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Megan Rene’ Brady, 23, Whitehouse, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Jose Jimenez, 35, Milano, failure to yield right-of-way, fined $267 and released.

• Michael Blake Shockley, 24, Whitehouse, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), released on $1,500 bond.

• Donna Lee Willard, 46, Gause, possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams), out-of-county charge possession of controlled substance (less than 28 grams), out-ofcounty charge manufacture/delivery of controlled substance not in progress, released on $9,500 bond.

• Justin Scott Martin, 24, Troup, possession of marijuana (less than two ounces), driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension without financial resolution, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $567, released on $4,000 bond.

There were also nine persons housed for Coryell County during the week.

The burn ban for Milam County has been lifted. Burning is always prohibited in the county's municipalities.
