Jim and Mary Lee of Houston spent the week- end with us. They came especially at this time to join us in attending The Milano Masonic Lodge dinner on Friday evening honoring Jim and Wayne’s aunt Martha Newman with the Community Builders Award for her many contributions of service to the community. She celebrated her 90th birthday back in December. A lovely lady.

My sister and brother Kay Lagrone and Ray Cass celebrated their 66th birthdays on Monday. Our sister Edith (Sissy) Miller’s is Thursday. Wayne’s brother Jim and wife Mary Lee also had birthdays this week, Mary on Monday and Jim on Tuesday. Happy birthday to all.

This weekend was perfect for getting caught up watching everything we had recorded on the TV. Perfect weather to sit and watch that football game, right?
