Here’s the 20th District Court report for Feb. 3-7 received too late to be included last week:

• Anacleto Scott Llanas, 46, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to assault on a public servant, DWI-3rd or more offense and “true” to probation revocation (original offense, criminal mischief), two 3-year prison terms, 10-month state jail term.

• Maria Garza, 56, Cameron, pleaded guilty to interference with public duties (lesser included offense), 3-day county jail term, $500 fine.

• Billy John Hosea, 36, San Antonio, pleaded guilty to probation violation, (original charge possession of controlled substance, 9-month state jail term.

• Steven Anthony Jochec, 29, Buckholts, pleaded guilty to indecency with a child, five years deferred adjudication probation with standard sex offender probation conditions, $2,500 fine, restitution to victim.

• Daniel Wayne Tovar, 30, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to burglary of a building, 4 years deferred adjudication probation, $2,500 fine, $4,530 restitution to victim.

• James Earl Johnson, 24, Cameron, pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, 4 years deferred adjudication, $1,500 fine.

• Charles Edward Hutchins, 54 Cameron, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana (lesser included offense), 60-day county jail term.

• Demetria Lasha Miles, 38, Hearne, pleaded true to probation revocation (original charge theft less than $1,500 with priors), 12-month state jail term.

• Eric William Clovis, 46, Rockdale, pleaded true to probation revocation (original charge possession of controlled substance, less than one gram), 9-month county jail term.

• Ermias Badillo Reyes, 43, Cameron, pleaded guilty to less included misdemeanor evading arrest, one-year deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine.

• Tereza Slavickova, AKA Tereza Timmerman, 31, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor attempted possession of controlled substance, 2 years deferred adjudication probation, $2,000 fine, $140 restitution.

• Jennifer Combs, 45, Sandy, pleaded true to probation revocation (original charge possession of controlled substance), 6-month state jail term.

• Bobby Ray Lockett Jr., 27, Cameron, pleaded true to probation revocation (original charge evading arrest with motor vehicle), 6-month state jail term.

• Justin Douglas Young, 19, Cameron, pleaded true to probation revocation (original charges burglary of habitation and indecency with child), also pleaded guilty to sex offender duty to register, three 3-year prison terms.

• Anita Alexandria Moreno, 18, Rockdale, pleaded guilty to burglary of a habitation, six-year probated prison term, successfully complete substance abuse facility.
