Kay hosting concert with Cline band

The Tejas Festival is Friday and Saturday (see tabloid section with this paper and schedule page 6A) and the Almost Patsy Cline Band will appear Friday at the Kay Theatre during an author’s reception beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Admission—there are no actual tickets— is priced at $25 per person and only sold in advance.

It includes complimentary wine and appetizers. Old-fashioned popcorn and sodas will be available. Local art student contest winners will be announced.

Those purchasing will receive confirmation, be placed on a will call list and be checked in at the door Friday.

The Almost Patsy Cline Band—which includes former Rockdale resident Vicki (formerly Allen) Gillespie— features country classics.
