Building permits for March doubles fiscal year total
Cameo demolition, new church pavilion spur amounts
Building permits for the City of Rockdale totaled $119,200 for the month of March, more than doubling the totals that had occurred thus far in the fiscal year. Until this month, the total was just $100,056, according to numbers released Monday by city hall. Permits issued in February totaled just $28,456. Full Story
Annual meeting draws 245
Two-hundred fifty four members of Rockdale Federal Credit Union gathered Monday at the KC Hall to hear that the financial institution is in tip-top shape.
Fred Marshall, board chair, noted RFCU now has 7,770 members and assets totaling $69,129,000.
