Reporter/Holly Jentsch Josh Lewis pitched two innings of relief in the Eagles’ loss to Thrall in district play. Reporter/Holly Jentsch Milano couldn’t overcome an eight run fourth inning by Buckholts on Tuesday night, falling to the Badgers 12-2 in five innings.

The Eagles (2-7, 1-7) managed six hits on the night, led by Jordan Millar who was two for three with a double.

David Jentsch absorbed the loss with three and a third innings of work against Buckholts.

Treyton Steinbecker pitched the last 1 2/3 innings.

Milano and Thrall had to wait for a severe weather delay to finish their game on Friday, but the visiting Tigers unfortunately took care of the Eagles quickly.

Thrall defeated Milano 12-1 in just five innings. Jentsch went two for two and slammed a solo home run. The senior also took the loss on the mound.

Josh Lewis also pitched two innings against Thrall.

The Eagles will host Thorndale on Friday and travel to face Granger on Tuesday.
