Henson reunion Aug. 30

THORNDALE—The Henson reunion will be held on Saturday, Aug. 30, at the Thorndale VFW. “We will eat at 2 p.m., so bring your favorite food dishes to share. Paper goods and tea will be furnished,” said Lynn Martin, spokesperson.

“ We will have a silent auction again this year, so if you wish, bring an item to auction off to raise funds for next year’s reunion. Pass the word on to family members and friends,” Mar tin said. FMI: 979-209- 4563.

Eiland reunion Aug. 31

The Eiland family reunion will be held Sunday, Aug. 31, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Rockdale KC Hall on E, Hwy 79. Each family is asked to bring a picnic lunch. FMI: Joy Kenjura at 979-836-2698.

Pruett reunion Sept. 1

Richards reunion Nov. 8

The Richards family reunion will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 at the New Salem Clubhouse, 308 Walnut Street in Rockdale’s Fair Park, according to Harriet Young, spokesperson.

Cost is $10 per person (18 years and older) and $5 per person (10-18 years). “Join us for a fun day with door prizes, games, activities and entertainment for all,” Young said.

Milano exes reunion

MILANO—The Milano Alumni Association will hold its annual reunion on Saturday, Oct. 25 at the MHS cafeteria. A noon meal will be catered by Steve and Rebecca Telg. The homecoming football game will be Friday, Oct. 24.

Items are still needed for the live and silent auctions, spokesperson Carolyn Hafley said. Proceeds from the auctions help defer the costs from mailing out reunion notices.

The mailing list has not been updated in two years due to some technical difficulties. Any name and/or address changes, should be sent to Jane (Reese) Yoakum at t.yoakum@att.net, call her at 512-446-5110 or message her on Facebook.
