The Tigers finish the season 6-22 overall and 1-13 in District 20-3A.

No. 3 Jarrell (26-3) was the District 20-3A champion.

Rockdale lost to Academy 54-50 Tuesday night at home.

Cameron Mireles paced the Tigers with 14 points, followed by Blake King’s 12.

A 17-point second quarter allowed the Tigers to take a 25-17 lead into halftime.

Academy regained the lead 34-33 by the end of the third quarter and a fourth quarter comeback fell just short.

The Tigers fell to Rogers 58-33 on the road Friday, led again led by Mireles’ seven points.

The Tigers produced just 11 points in the first three quarters and fell behind 43-11 heading into the final period.

Rockdale loses four seniors in David Franklin, leading scorer Ben Blanchard, King and Brad Young.
