GAUSE NEWS

I saw a sign that read “The world is full of good people— if you don’t know one, be one.” It sounds like good advice for everyone.

Gause ISD will have their annual Christmas program at 6 p.m. Dec. 21 in the school gym. Then there will be an early release at 12:30 p.m. Dec. 22.

First day of the second semester will begin Jan. 9.

The school calendar shows 10 students with a December birthday, but none are on Christmas Day.

If you would like to donate to the Hope Animal Shelter in Hearne you may do so by taking or sending animal food to the school. The class that collects the most food items for the “furry friends” will have a party after the holidays, hosted by Gause ISD Student Council.

Then on Jan. 18 there will be a student holiday.
