Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, these felony cases were resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court, for the period through April, 2021:
• Anthony Michael Murley, 33, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $1,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.
• Emily Marie Salazar, 17, Cameron, 12 months deferred adjudication Probation with standard conditions of probation including anger management classes and fined $1,000 after pleading guilty to lesser included Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
• Kory Lynn Shelander, 34, Milano, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $1,500 after pleading guilty to evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Kayla Cheyenne Tabor, 20, Cameron, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $1,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Isreal Alexander Dominguez, 22, Temple, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to lesser possession of controlled substance more than 400 grams.
• Jose Angel Ramirez, 29, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance 1-4 grams.
• Andy Vazquez, 20, Delhi, California, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of drug education and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance 4-400 grams.
