Under the direction of Bill Torrey, the Milam County District Attorney, these felony cases were resolved in Judge John W. Youngblood’s 20th Judicial District Court, for the period through April, 2021:
• Brittany Nicole McAdoo, 29, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $1,000 after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.
• Jimmy Dewayne Hill, 57, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and ordered to pay $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Cassandra Monique Sanchez, 31, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted Manufacture/Deliver of Controlled Substance 4-400 grams.
• Angel Ramon Rios, 28, Cameron, 10 years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation including sex offender treatment and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance 4-400 grams with intent to deliver – drug-free zone.
• David Dwayne Jones, 32, Humble, four years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and ordered to pay $2,500 and $540.00 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance more than 4000 grams.
• Jacob Eldon Robertson, 33, Holdenville, Oklahoma, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $,2000, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Eric Anthony Mildazis, 36, Cameron, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Logan Edward Estlund, 29, Bryan, three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to a State Jail Felony, possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Colten Grady Cunningham, 18, Spring Branch, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500 and restitution to be determined after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.
• Jamal Eugene Brown, 35, Cameron, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance less than one gram.
• Jacob Chapa Medrano, 20, Temple, three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation including the successful completion of drug education course and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.
• Jayden Billy Simank, 18, Thorndale, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,000 after pleading guilty to Class A misdemeanor, lesser included Stalking.
• Patrick Mark Elmore, 18, Cameron, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to attempted Assault on a Peace Officer.
• Blanca Elaine Abila, 26, Buckholts, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to Burglary of Habitation.
• Brandon Louis Weller, 23, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to lesser included assault family violence.
• Maureen Elizabeth Callaway, 51, Houston, five years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500 after pleading guilty to attempted Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.
• Angelita Vasquez McQuinn, 47, Cameron, four years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,500, $180 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance less than one gram - drug-free zone.
• Jarret Gareth Laffoon, 25, Rosenberg, sentenced to six months confinement in the Milam County Jail, probated for two years with standard conditions of probation and fined $2,000 after pleading guilty to a Class B misdemeanor, lesser included DWI.
• Todd Michael Malone, 48, Houston, sentenced to five years confinement in TDCJ, probated for five years with standard conditions of felony DWI probation and fined $2,500 and $60 restitution to DPS lab after pleading guilty to DWI third or more.
