CAMERON—Twenty-two persons were indicted Thursday in the July session of the Milam County Grand Jury, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed them as follows:
• Amber Rose Trejo, 25, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Jamal Byron Williams, 28, Cameron, evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Earl Lydell Myers, 37, Milano, bail jumping–failure to appear.
• Cohen Chance Peacock, 33, Milano, bail jumpin-failure to appear.
• Monty Joseph Byer, 43, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• John Leorn Melton Jr., 46, Cameron, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Tyler McLarn Phillips, 23, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), evading arrest with prior conviction,
• Andrias Shauntai Stephens, 31, Rockdale, endangering a child.
• Wesley Logan Ochoa, 19, Rockdale, sexual assault.
• Jacob Rodriguez, 43, Taylor, DWI-3rd or more.
• Ronald Thomas Buford, 47, Temple, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Chelsey Laine Buford, 46, Temple, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Justin Tate Vanwinkle, 22, Rockdale, assault family violence with previous conviction.
• Mark Alan Jones, 50, Lufkin, theft of service $2,500 to $30,000.
• Terrie Marie Johnson, 43, Thorndale, aggravated assault with deadly weapon.
• Curtis Leon Owens, 53, Hearne, theft of firearm, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Thomas Anthony McElroy, 23, Thrall, state burglary of building, retaliation.
• Jose Luis Santana Vargas, 59, Rockdale, cruelty to nonlivestock animal.
• Brandy Carla Lytle 24, Rogers, aggravated robbery–elderly, injury to elderly.
• Louis Taylor Gaines, 40, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram), tampering with evidence.
• Pedro Moreno-Gonzales, 21, Taylor, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Thomas Sayre, 54, Rockdale, bail jumping–failure to appear.
There were no no-bills.
