POLICE REPORT

Rockdale police are contemplating filing capital murder charges after the death of a one-year old girl Monday.

ACCIDENTS—Police investigated three traffic accidents during the past week.

Vehicles operated by Francisco Rivera and Charles Albreight, both of Rockdale, were in collision at 1:09 p.m. Saturday at the Travis-Cameron (US 79) intersection.

Damages were termed moderate by police.

Minor damages were reported in a collision between a pickup and a parked vehicle at 6:07 p.m. Saturday on North Scarbrough off West Cameron Avenue (US 79).

Driver was listed as Susan Robinson of Milano. Owners of the parked vehicle were listed as James and Ann DeMaio of Milano.

Moderate damages were reported in an 11:56 a.m. two-vehicle accident in front of Rockdale Auto Specialties.

Drivers were listed as Suzanne Rockney of Grand Prairie and Luke Sesler of San Antonio.

OFFENSES—Offense investigations begun during the past seven days include animal bite, criminal mischief, theft and credit card/ debit card abuse.

CITATIONS—Police issued nine speeding tickets during the past week.

Other citations issued included two each for expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.

SERVICE CALLS—Officers responded to 199 calls for service and 100 calls were received through the 911 emergency system.
