CAMERON—Thirty-three persons were indicted on 41 counts Thursday in the August session of the Milam County Grand Jury as follows, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey:
• Roman Manuel Ramos, 27, Rockdale, evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• Russell Alan Kelley, 45, Rockdale, tampering with evidence.
• Diana Marie Aldama, 46, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram)-drug free zone.
• Jamar Derrell Hopkins, 24, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Jason James Naranjo, 21, Rockdale, assault on peace officer and attempt to take weapon from officer.
• Elizabeth Kay Huddleston, 24, Killeen, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams) and possession of controlled substance (less than 20 abuse units).
• Mario Gonzales Balderas, 57, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• William Zachary Wallace, 37, Rockdale, repeated violation of protective order.
• John David Gutierrez, 42, Rockdale, aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.
• Jon-David Isiah Mendoza, 23, Rockdale, aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.
• Reynaldo Rubio, 40, Rockdale, aggravated assault with serious bodily injury.
• Anthony Michael Murley, 33, Rockdale, tampering with evidence.
• Joe Ramos III, (no age or location given), injury to elderly.
• Jordan Deshawn Deary, 27, Cameron, injury to elderly
• Gerald Washington, 30, Rockdale, injury to elderly.
• Cliffton Wayne Salter, 58, Rockdale, 2 counts, possession of child pornography.
• Jeffry Alan Jones, 36, Waco, unauthorized use of motor vehicle.
• Jennifer Louise White, 34, Cameron, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Tina Lynn Spillars, 38, Cameron, 2 counts, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Juan Ramon Salomon, 40, Angleton, burglary of habitation and unauthorized use motor vehicle.
• Charlotte Michelle Tabor, 44, Cameron, burglary of habitation.
• David Gentry Vincent, 57, Cameron, DWI-3rd or more.
• Christy Elaine Locklin, 34, Rockdale, theft ($2,500 to $30,000).
• Richard Albert Aguillon, 53, Rosebud, indecency with child by contact.
• Christopher Allen North, 37, Cameron, tampering with evidence.
• Justin Duane Stevenson, 30, Milano, unlawful restraint of child under 17.
• Bennett Cornell Moore, 39, Gause, aggravated assault with deadly weapon–family violence.
• Rene Gabriel Gonzales, 31, Houston, unlawful disclosure of intimate material.
• Jose Gerardo Lozano, 38, Pasedena, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Amanda Marie Rodriguez, 27, Rockdale, 2 counts, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Casey David Hopson, 33, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Stephanie Nicole Basquez, 32, Taylor, manufacture/deliver controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Jose Alfredo Cardona, 30, Cameron, 2 counts, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) and DWI-3rd or more.
Torrey said there were no no-bills (refused to indict).
