Thirty-five persons were sentenced in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows
• Abel Jehu Alzalde, 22, Cameron, 17 years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “true” for possession of controlled substance (4 to 400 grams) with intent to deliver.
• Rockerick Leu Stoglin, 47, Davilla, three years in TDCJ after pleading guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family member.
• Tammy Lynn Henry, 42, Cameron, four years confinement in TDCJ after pleading guilty to fraudulent possession of identifying information-elderly.
• Delmar Lee Parker, 52, Cameron, 10 years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “open” to aggravated assault family member with deadly weapon.
• Ronnie Dale Walker, 54, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to theft less than $2,500 with priors.
• Logan Boyette, 22, Cameron, five years deferred adjudica-tion probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Jordan O’Neal McKinnis, 22, Killeen five years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana (4 ounces to five pounds.)
• Bertilla Lozano Lopez, 47, Ben Arnold, four days confinement in Milam County Jail after pleading guilty to assault causing bodily injury.
• Gustavo Gutierrez, 23, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation including successful completion of Advanced Anger Management, paid $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to injury to a child, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid fine of $1,500 after pleading guilty to assault family violence-impede breathing/circulation.
• Jayden Layne Cortez, 20, Belton, five years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (400 grams or more.)
• Amy Lynn Young, 38, Milano, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams.)
• Tina Lynn Spillars, 39, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram.)
• Austin Chandler Perdue, 19, Elberta, AL, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Evelyn Ashley Fowler, 34, Austin, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $1,000 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Jaquito Deon Thompson, 45, Bryan, five years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $42,739 restitution after pleading guilty to theft ($2,500 to $30,000.)
• Tristan Lee Cehand, 23, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Kevin Alexsander Gutierrez, 20, Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Brittany Nicole LaHood, 34, Cameron, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Kevin Germain Jackson, 37, Hearne, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to attempted manufacture/delivery of controlled substance (4 to 400 grams.)
• Jamison Maurice Baines, 31, Cameron, 246 days in Milam County Jail for assault causes bodily injury family member.
• Michael Minix Jr,, 36, Port Arthur, five years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Destinee Mae Wilhite, 24, Owenboro, KY, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Johnny Frank Jackson 40, Bryan, three years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to tampering with evidence.
• Bryan Guevara-Hernandez, 21, Houston, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $1,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to attempted tampering with evidence.
• Jeffrey Scott Nieto, 36, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $1,500 fine and successful completion of anger management class after pleading guilty to assault causes bodily injury family member.
• Jessica Ann Nieto, 38, Rockdale, five years deferred adjudication probation, paid $1,000 fine, including successful completion of anger management class after pleading guilty to assault causes bodily injury family member with previous conviction.
• Teresita Gabreilla Rosales, 40, Round Rock, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Jon David Isiah Mendoza, 24, Rockdale, 24 months deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution, including successful completion of anger management class after pleading guilty to assault causes bodily injury.
• Brittany Latrice Broussard, 31, Killeen, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution, including successful completion of drug education classes after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Tyreik Elias Emanuel Gilbert, 24, Pflugerville, five years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (1 to 4 grams.)
• Jolanda McKellar, 44, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,000 fine after pleading guilty to theft ($100 to $750.)
• Amanda Marie Bertholomey, 36, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication probation, paid $2,500 fine and $180 restitution after pleading guilty to attempted possession of controlled substance (less than 1 gram.)
• Victoria Elena Mildazis, 37, Cameron, three years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “true” to a motion to revoke probation for prohibited substance in correctional facility.
• C.J. Deshean Stockton, 23, Cameron, four years confinement in TDCJ after pleading “not true” to a motion to revoke probation for evading arrest with motor vehicle.
• James Elliot Shields, 21, Cameron, 10 years confinement in TDCJ after presentence investigation hearing for motion to revoke probation for evading arrest with motor vehicle. Shields had originally pled “true.” The court agreed to consider “shock probation” in this matter.
