CAMERON—Thirty-six persons were indicted by a Milam County Grand Jury Thursday, including one for capital murder. (See page 1A) Other indictments:

• Jose Manuel Balderas, 36, Houston, DWI-third or more, endangering a child.
• Antonio Rodriguez Jimenez, 21, Cameron, tampering with evidence
• Crystal Nicole Uhyrek, 32, Cuero, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
Larry Darnell White II, 43, Rock-dale, possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Michael Heath Wright, 47, Cameron, unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Thomas Earl Tabor, 20, Cameron, online solicitation of a minor under 14.
• Ashley Samone Pope, 27, Cameron, injury to a child.
• Darnell Benson Jr., 25, Rock-dale,possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Marvin Lewis Parker, 62, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-400 grams), possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Allen Keith Dunn, 26, Pflugerville, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Dvontrea Darnell White, 26, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (1-4 grams).
• Darienne Nicole Vargas, 22, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams).
• Cody Ray Box, 39, Rock-dale, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams), unlawful possession of firearm by felon.
• Clemente Acosta, 26, San Leon, DWI-third or more.
• Carolyn Ann Grosshans, 25, Rockdale, possession of controlled substance (4-200 grams), possession of controlled substance (28-200 grams).
• Kathryn Margaret Trevino, 53, Moody, engaging in organized criminal activity.
