Forty-one individuals were indicted on 50 counts June 18 by a Milam County Grand Jury.
Last week The Reporter ran a story on the indictment of 70-year-old Frances Arline Valdez for murder in connection with the 2019 death of her daughter, 25-year-old Valerie Valdez.
There were no no-bills (refusal to indict).
Prosecutor Bill Torrey listed other indictments as follows:
