Milam County has a 44th case of COVID-19.
County Judge Steve Young said this person tested positive and is hospitalized in Temple, but not in ICU.
"We have 44 confirmed cases, 9 active cases, 1 hospitalized and the health department is monitoring over 40 individuals," he said.
This is the 10th confirmed case this week.
