CAMERON—Five persons were sentenced in recent 20th District Court action, according to Prosecutor Bill Torrey, who listed case dispositions as follows:
• Mario Martinez-Cuevas, 47, Cameron, was sentenced to five-year, probated, prison term, fined $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to DWIthird or more.
• Christopher Rosemond, 31, Cameron, four years deferred adjudication, 80 hours community service, fined $1,000 after pleading guilty to possession of controlled substance (less than one gram) enhanced.
• Aileen Brown, 26, Rock-dale, three years deferred adjudication, fined $2,500, assessed restitution in an amount to be determined after pleading guilty to a burglary of habitation.
• Jakob Keen Moreland, 22, Rockdale, two years deferred adjudication fined $2,500, assessed $180 restitution to the DPS lab after pleading guilty to a lesser included Class A misdemeanor, attempted possession of controlled substance (less than one gram).
• Steven Michael Julius, 44, of Rockdale, three years deferred adjudication with standard conditions of probation fined $2,500, $20 restitution to the victim after pleading guilty to forgery.
