Police officers made three felony arrests, two of them drug related and the other was on a Milam County warrant for a probation violation over the past week.
Officers also had to attend to six wrecks over the past week.
Citations were issued for various offenses including threat to a family household, assault causing injury, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia. The department responded to 231 calls with 85 of them being 911 calls.
FIRE CALLS— Wednesday, 3:02 p.m. Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department responded to a one-vehicle accident at a curve on Post Oak Road near Pounders Impound Yard.
• Thursday, 6:44 a.m. Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 2000 block of FM 487.
• Thursday, 8:35 a.m. Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident at Ackerman and West Cameron in downtown. No injuries were reported.
• Monday, 5:56 p.m. Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department responded to a three-vehicle accident near the intersection of Division and US 79. No injuries were reported.
