American Legion Carlyle Post 358 is starting a new program called Post 358 Cares. It will involve sending care packages to all active-duty service members from Milam County.
If you have a son or daughter, niece or nephew or even just a friend or neighbor that is a Milam County resident on active duty, please contact the American Legion Carlyle Post at post358cares@gmail.com.
They will need the following information: name, rank and mailing address.
“We are still working on the funding, but so far we have had a major grant from H-E-B. They have been kind enough to jump start our fund-raising campaign. Please express your gratitude by purchasing at our donors,” Finance Officer Ron Rabinowitz said.
