National Music Week, 2018, wound down in Rockdale last week but not before some young musicians made some senior citizens very happy. Students of Dixie Whit-more’s Keyboard Melody Makers performed twice on Thursday, at the Senior Citizens Center (above) and at Renaissance Villa. At far left is young pianist Ciley Good and at left is Mrs. Whitmore, who introduced her students. It was the finale in a week which saw numerous activities. The Matinee Musical club is a member of the National Federation of Music Clubs.
