SHERIFF’S REPORT
A 38-year-old Rockdale man was charged with sexual assault of a child and possession of child pornography.
Kody Lee Land was arrested Friday and released the next day after posting $100,000 bond.
Land had previously been arrested Jan. 17 on charges of sexual assault of a child (two counts) and aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was released three days later on $140,000 bond.
Sheriff Chris White said the allegations involve three female victims, all of whom were juveniles at the time of the offenses. He said the charges followed an extensive investigation by the sheriff’s department.
