The annual Rockdale High School Awards Ceremony is set for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, in the RHS Gym.
That’s a change from the originally scheduled date of Thursday, May 16.
Many graduating seniors, and other RHS students will be honored and that’s the evening the 2019 Rockdale High School valedictorian and salutatorian will be announced.
The change was made necessary by a scheduling con-fl ict.
“We had students qualify for the UIL state tennis meet and their match is on Thursday, May 16, RHS Counselor Kelly Windham said.
Numerous scholarships will be awarded, presented by members of the Rockdale community.
